RANSFORM® Beginner's Kit

Take the guesswork out of buying pieces together.

The kit is available in four prepackaged sizes based on the bra size:

* Small (bra is 36B) * Medium (bra is 38B) * Large (bra is 40C) * XLarge (bra is 42C)

The TRANSFORM® Foam Triangle Breast Forms fit everyone well, and the foam is super light-weight and comfortable. We’ll include the size that corresponds with the bra size.

The TRANSFORM® Gaff is worn under panties to help smooth and conceal. Choose your gaff size: Small, Medium, Large or XLarge. The gaff that comes with this kit is beige.

The White TRANSFORM® See-Through Bra has built in pockets to keep the breast forms in place and sheer outer cups, so you can see the form. This is a great bra to have in your wardrobe as a beginner because if you choose to purchase more breast forms in another size, the molded cup will accommodate several sizes and types of breast form. And if you choose to purchase silicone breast forms in the future, the see-through pocket bra keeps them in place, makes them more comfortable to wear, and shows them off!

TRANSFORM® Cleavage Tape: This breathable spun-polyester tape helps shape and hold chest tissue in place under your breast forms for the look of natural cleavage. The tape is worn in pairs, and comes 3 pairs per bag.

The TRANSFORM® Rear Pads are worn in panties to add shape to the buns without adding weight. They are custom foam, covered in fabric, washable and reusable.

The kit also comes in a cloth carrying bag for convenience and storage. A great price for the value, and easy for those who shop online or don't have the time for a boutique fitting.

Tape Tips!

* Remove used tape before you add more.
* If tape is too sticky to remove, use baby oil to loosen it.
* Wash forms with mild soap and water after using double-sided tape. Soap that's safe for your skin is safe for forms' skin.
* Even with tape, forms should be worn in a bra. Tape is meant to hold the form in place under a bra, rather than hold it to the body without a bra.
* The most comfortable way to keep a form in place is with a TRANSFORM® Pocketed bra.
