How To Use Our Site:

To find out more about an item or to see a bigger picture of an item just click on the picture. We try to keep our inventory availability as current as possible. Please understand that our main warehouse is located in Gilroy California however, we do ship from various warehouses around the country. Not all items will be shipped out of the same warehouse and not all items will be shipped together. However, to save money on shipping charges we do try to bring all merchandise purchased to our Gilroy facility and ship you just one package. Please understand that ground shipments can take a couple extra days in order to ship one package - We will try to ship from various warehouses for expedited shipping options. If your order is time sensitive please use the comment section during your check out with the date you need your order by. (Note - UPS Ground and Priority mail are not guaranteed services so we cannot guarantee a date of arrival) For expedited shipping options please let us know what date you will need your order by. If we have a problem delivering your order one of our customer service representatives will call or e-mail you as soon as we find out to let you know the status of your order. The best way to make sure an item is in stock is to e-mail us or call our mail order department at(408)844-9380 between the hours of 12-5 Pacific Standard Time. During the month of October, and other peak times (December and February) of the year our e-mail and call volume will exceed our capacity to fulfill in stock and availability questions so please place your order and use the comment section and ask for a request to be notified right away if there are any problems or back orders. Please provide a valid phone number where you can be reached. We ask that you help us by communicating your needs.


How to Cancel an Order?:

You can cancel an order either by calling us at 408-844-9380 or by e-mailing us at If you e-mail us please put in the Subject line CANCEL ORDER #XXXXXX. We try to answer all e-mails within 1-2 business days. We will only be able to cancel an order if the item(s) have not shipped out. If your order is being processed or has been shipped out, we will not be able to cancel your order.


Return Policy:

* Please note that you can only return merchandise that has not been worn.
* For full credit YOU MUST RETURN MERCHANDISE WITHIN THE FIRST 10 DAYS after receiving your merchandise.
* We do stand behind our products and will credit your account back or replace for defective items.
* You can return unworn items for a different size, color, or model, within 30 days. Just make sure you fill out the return form completely.
* Click Here if you need a return form If the return form is not filled out properly we will not be able to fulfill your request.
* WE DO NOT ISSUE ANY CREDITS FOR SHIPPING CHARGES.(including shipping back to us)
* We do not charge a restocking fee on returned merchandise but we do charge shipping upon returning merchandise to you.
* Credits will be issued up to 3 weeks from the day the item was received back in our warehouse.
* There will be a $39.00 charge if your entire order is returned without the free shoes.
* Please note that some items can be back ordered or out of stock at any time.

* We will do our best to make exchanges and credits as easy as possible.

* We do not issue refunds on costumes, pills, breast enhancers, and opened stockings, . We will be glad to exchange unworn costumes for another size, color, or style. All returns for credit will be issued in store credit.


In Store Pick Up: Please place your order online and we will call you when your order is ready to be picked up. If you find the same item at regular price on any other website we will not only match the price but beat it by 10%. We will need your correct billing address. The address where you receive your credit card statement is your billing address. We will need this to process your order. We do ship to P.O. boxes and address that are different than that of your billing, but it is very important that we do have the correct billing address. Heel Heights:

All heel heights vary depending on the size of the shoe and factory. All sizes are estimates and can vary as high as one inch from that stated on the website. Most heel heights are accurate within 1/4 of an inch. If you find any shoes where the heel is more then 1/4 inch please e-mail us and we will work to add this to the website. Thank You.

UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail

We ship U.S. priority mail and UPS Ground within the United States. Please be aware that we do ship from many warehouses around the country and in order to keep our shipping prices down we try to ship your order out of our main warehouse in Santa Clara, California. Therefore, ground and International shipping can take an extra 3-10 days depending on the time to centralize your merchandise. Depending on the delay we do ship 2 - 3 shipments if an item is back ordered. However, you will only be charged once for shipping. We will ship USPS Priority Mail to any P.O. Box address even if you order UPS Ground to a P.O. Box. Back ordered items to P.O. Boxes take longer than to street addresses. Remember, your first item per pound will be your most expensive to ship. 3 day and 2 Day Service:

Need your package there in a Rush. Try our 3 day or 2 day service. We ship UPS 3 day or 2 day(Sorry we do not ship 3 day or 2 day to PO Boxes. PO Boxes will have to use Ground or Rush Service at this time) 3 day or 2 day service prices are measured in weight and prices are added onto regular shipping prices at time of check out. 2 day service does not include weekends. Example: Items 2 day UPS Shipping shipped on Friday will not arrive until Tuesday. *We only ship your first order 2nd day, back ordered items will not be shipped 2nd day. Orders not in by 10 AM PST will be processed for the next day. Please use the comment section and let us know the exact date you will need your merchandise by. In a RUSH?

For Rush Service: If you would like to order rush service, please check on the in stock status of the shoe by calling (408)844-9380. (9-3 Pacific Standard time) Not all sizes are in stock, PLEASE make sure the items are in stock for Rush Service. We will ship UPS overnight Mail unless shipping to PO Boxes. Next day service does not include weekends. Example: Items shipped on Friday will not arrive till Monday.(Sometimes the post office will deliver on Saturday and Sunday)* This is out of our control. We only ship your first order Rush, Back ordered items will not be shipped rush. Orders not in by 10 AM will be processed for the next day. Please use the comment section and let us know the exact date you will need your merchandise by. International Shipping:

We ship all our International packages Express Mail through USPS. Please be advised your package can take 1-4 weeks for delivery due to customs and or other factors. Also USPS might use a different courier within your country. We will ship to any country in the world*.(Some countries we require a money order) If your country is not listed when ordering, we will require you to send us a money order with the correct amount in American Dollars. Send Money Orders to the address shown at the top of this page. We do not ship packages to different countries then your billing address unless you are a previous customer or fax us proof of our billing statement. Example: You live in France and need us to ship to Germany. If you have never ordered from us before we will ask you to fax a copy of your billing statement showing your credit card number and French address to 408-844-9387 before we ship any merchandise to you. For your safety, we verify every order so first and possibly second orders might be held up for address verifications. This usually takes 1-5 days but has taken as long as 10 business days depending on your bank. All International order will ship from our Santa Clara Facility which means that orders might be held up for 1-5 extra business days if we need to bring your item in from another facility. Shipping to Apartments:

We will be glad to ship to all apartments (and hotels for previous customers). However, we will need to send all packages signature required and we will need an expedited shipping option like UPS 2 day or UPS next day.


What does Pending mean?

Receive an e-mail that your order is in Pending? This either means that we are waiting for your bank to verify your credit card matches the billing address you provided us with. If your address does not match, we will not be able to ship your item out. We will need to see some proof of of your credit card and billing address. Usually a faxed copy of your bank statement with your account number and billing address will do. We do not always call about these problems.


What does Back Ordered mean?

Receive an e-mail that your order is Back Ordered? We do try to keep every item in stock at all times. However, with 4000 products to choose from not all products can be in stock at any given time, therefore we do use other warehouses around the country to ship merchandise either to our location in Santa Clara or directly to you. This can take a couple extra days so please be aware that we try our best to let you know if an item is on back order. Most back orders take between 5 and 7 working day. If your item will be delayed longer then 7 business days, we will try our best to contact you regarding your item(s). You can work with one of our sales representatives to find an alternate size, color or item in stock at our Santa Clara facility. You are welcome to wait for the original item that you purchased however, if both warehouses are our of stock we expect a wait time of one to six months.

Back Ordered Items:

Unfortunately back orders do happen. We do try to keep back orders to a minimum. To do this, we ship specific items from various warehouses so you might receive 2-3 packages. You will not be charged extra when we ship back ordered items. We pay for all extra shipping charges on back orders. Unfortunately because we do pay the extra shipping on back ordered items, we cannot ship 2nd and 3rd shipments 2nd day or rush service.


What does Discontinued. DISC or Closeout mean?

We do change our items frequently and will use the terms discontinued, DISC or closeout. Closeout (not available at our manufacturer) or DISC short for discontinued (we will no longer be carrying this item) items have limited supply left so they might not all be available at the time of your order. Unfortunately, our system updates our inventory status the day after the item leaves the building so items might not be available when you purchase them. We ship first come first served on all items. If your item is not available please let us know and we will be more then happy to work with you to find another size, color, or item.


What does Sold Out mean?

Receive an e-mail that your order is Sold Out? This means we will not be able to fill your order with the sold out item. Most of the time this happens with our clearance items when we receive more orders for an item then we have remaining stock. However, this can happen with regular stocked merchandise too. We try to stock all our merchandise (other then Specially noted items) in our Santa Clara warehouse. However, if an item is out of stock at all our warehouses, or an items has been closed out by our vendors we will not be able to ship the product to you. We try our best to inform you as soon as possible and will be more then happy to work with you to find another item in our Santa Clara warehouse to replace your original item.



Don't be afraid to call us or e-mail us. We want to hear from you. We want to communicate with you to better serve your needs. We ask that you use the comment section on the check out page for any specific instructions and time sensitive dates so we can call you if there is going to be any problems.
