* You should never have to pay a restocking fee. However, you will almost always be responsible for shipping charges. remember that shipping is outsourced and companies have to pay for shipping too.

* Make sure the website has an address and phone number where you can reach them. It might be a good idea to call or e-mail before ordering just to make sure they are for real.

* Remember that not all items are in stock at all times. Every company has back orders. The best websites will communicate with you and let you know about a back order in a timely mannor.

* Last, if you find a website that you enjoy and have had a good experiece with, let them know. If your experience was not as good as you expected, also let them know.
